REGISTRATION: |

REGISTRATION
Email invitations are being generated based, not only on
NCAF's Agency Directory, but upon past conference
registration lists for both Energy as well as Community and
Economic Development events. As a result, you may receive
more than one e-mail invitation.
Please register only once in response to our invitations!
Other
conference communications will be sent through Regonline,
but we will endeavor to label them differently.
If you have any questions about the status of your
registration, or wish to make changes, simply log onto
Regonline and enter the username and password you generate
during the online registration process.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations should be made online. NCAF will accept
cancellations until the Regular Registration deadline of
5:00 PM on October 16, 2009. Cancellations will incur a
$75.00 fee up to this date.
After this date, refunds will not be made for cancellations.
Note: in cases of extreme circumstances, refunds after
October 16th may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please
make your request in writing by contacting the Director of
Administration, Kellie Baker at
kelliebaker@ncaf.org. Thank you.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions should be made online. In case of any offline
registrations all substitution requests should be submitted
in writing via fax (202-842-2095) or e-mail (ncafsupport@ncaf.org). |

ACCOMODATIONS
The special rate of $185.00 for single or double occupancy
rooms has been arranged for this event. This rate applies
to the weekends before and after the event subject to
availability. Contact the hotel directly to make your
reservations and mention that you are with NCAF.
All
