The Southern California Forum for Energy Efficiency, Environmental, and Human Services Providers (So. Cal Forum) is an Association of organizations involved in the provision of energy efficiency, environmental, human and social services to the economically vulnerable and disadvantaged communities of Southern California.

The MISSION of the Association is to enhance and further the effectiveness and efficiency of its members through the coordination and facilitation of information, education, representation, developmental and supportive services.

We have added a proposed schedule, and links to reports, presentations and summary papers related to the program. AB 758 requires the Energy Commission to develop and implement a comprehensive program to achieve greater energy savings in the state of California's existing residential and nonresidential buildings.
